Your Hiring Coaches is a boutique recruiting and talent advisory firm that uses people data to help CEOs, hiring managers, and team leaders make better hiring decisions and design high-performing, highly engaged teams. When the coaches at YHC aren't helping job seekers and companies find their ideal match, you can find them in the community doing amazing work to move people forward!
In partnership with Seeds of Hope for nearly a year, the YHC team has not only donated to our mission but they have also applied their people first approach through volunteerism. Your Hiring Coaches has assisted with our fundraising events and scholarship banquets and their staff has also served on our scholar selection and care package committees. Additionally, YHC coaches have presented SEEDS scholarships at high school graduations and most recently facilitated a workshop for SOH scholars to uncover their superpowers. As it relates to their civic endeavors,YHC founder, Kelly Venable, shares:
“We try to volunteer in the community in ways that align with the gifts God has given us. In the past, we have done workshops with Dress for Success, Braveworks, She Built this City, Charlotte’s 20 under 20, and Queens University. Seeds of Hope’s mission of providing upward mobility through education aligns with the work that we do at YHC. We use #AcesInTheir places as a hashtag to convey our desire to make sure everyone has the opportunity to be fulfilled at work. We help companies hire the right people and we help people find career fulfillment. Our desire is for everyone to have the chance to progress in their career and we enjoy helping people achieve that goal. Because SOH helps students earn scholarships to further their education, it was a good fit for us to align with their mission by volunteering our time and experience to help the scholars learn more about the special gifts and superpowers they bring to the world. Through a trade school or a 4-year university, these students are given hope to acquire the skills needed in the workforce and we are excited to complement their journey!”
